On June 1, 2024, The Paladin Group entered a partnership with Árachas Group (pronounced Awe-rock-us), a full-service insurance agency located in Bartlett, Illinois.

This was a strategic move by both the Árachas Group and the Paladin Group to strengthen our product offerings as well as our customer service.  Be assured that The Paladin Group remains fully committed to you and your business.  Our staff is not going anywhere, our locations will remain the same, and overall this transition will be generally transparent to our customers.  In fact, our news only serves to further expand our offerings and increase our support to you.

Árachas Group is a thriving agency that provides insurance solutions with a client-first mentality, working with customers across North America and servicing their clients’ global needs.  Their heritage dates back as far as the great Chicago Fire, and they serve today as a proud member of Keystone Insurers Group, which will provide access to products and markets of the larger national brokers while still maintaining the Main Street business ideals that our clients value.

This partnership allows us to continue the great service you have been accustomed to, while enabling The Paladin Group to expand its coverage offerings and enhance the services we provide.

Over the course of the year, we will be transitioning to better serve you. As part of this process, you will be introduced to additional service personnel who will be on call to answer any questions and help you with your insurance program.
